Larry started his career in British Columbia's forest industry in 1979 and is well grounded in the operational aspects of forest management as well as in environment, compliance, and sustainability issues. He has written a number of papers on resource use and presented at many conferences and workshops. He is also a skilled facilitator and has acted in a facilitative leadership role in cross cultural settings with multi-sectoral stakeholders. Larry's experience includes work in Canada, West Africa, East Africa, and Russia. His recent focus has been on strategic fire management planning, ecosystem restoration, carbon analysis, compliance audits, and using unmanned aerial vehicles to provide detailed inventory and terrain data needed for forest operations such as timber development and silviculture.

Brett has recently obtained a university degree in forestry, specializing in the science, management, and conservation of natural resources. Her background includes work in the agricultural consulting industry, with experience in conducting timber harvesting layout, GIS analysis and image processing, and using UAVs to capture terrain and vegetation data on a number of different landscapes. As someone who is passionate about conservation, environmental stewardship, and sustainability, Brett provides the forest consulting industry with a fresh set of ideas, and a new perspective on sustainable resource management.
